Warm with Wool

Black is just my color some days! So when we shot for this look it was a little colder out than I had planned, but this long warm sweater kept me nice and cozy (from TJ Maxx). My boots are from DSW (I got them from the last call sale section but they are the perfect height on me). I so badly wanted the over-the-knee Stewart Weitzman boots to look good on me but they were more like thigh-high boots because I am so short! Not flattering! 

I paired this Piko dress with sheer tights, which I have done multiple times when wearing a dress with boots like these. I also like to bring in a pop of fun color with a vibrant purse, lipstick, or both! My pop-of-color purse is Tory Burch and I got it on sale from Neiman Marcus a few weeks ago! The bright coral color is sold out online, but the beige version can be found here.
