All about Jess!

MY Background…

I’m Jessica, a Dallas/Fort Worth based wedding photographer serving all of Texas – as well as the clients across the country!

I am a natural light photographer who grew up in Hudson Oaks, TX. I've always had a passion for photography and being behind the lens came naturally. While at Texas A&M University in College Station, I bought my first camera off of Craigslist and started taking pictures of food, flowers, and friends. My roommate at the time asked me to take her senior photos and we had such a fun time, I realized this is what I wanted to do for my career. I began investing all of my free time into the craft!

After finishing college at Texas A&M, I moved to Dallas and started up the corporate ladder. After a while of balancing both photography and business, I took the big leap in 2018 going full-time into photography, in the midst of planning my own wedding! I married my best friend Ryan in late 2018 and he’s been my partner in this the whole time (even accompanying me to most sessions!).

After receiving our wedding photos back, I know firsthand how much I cherish those images from our most special day. We spent months planning every second, every detail and I loved having every memory in still photographs. I strive to give all my clients that exact same feeling!

In our spare time, we both love to travel (trying all the third-wave coffee shops), snapping photos the whole time and we love taking care of our puppy, Jimi (@Jimi.the.frenchie on Instagram).
